Lectionary Text

My text is from the First Sunday in Lent:

Genesis 2:15-17; 3:1-7

Roman 5: 12-19

Matthew 4: 1-11

It will be my first sermon preached in my Teaching Parish.  This text is the tempation of Jesus.

I'm not sure what I am thinking yet.

    I'm really excited to see what you do with this! The Temptation of Jesus offers a lot of possibilities to pursue, particularly with visual opportunities. Good luck as you continue processing, discerning, and planning!
